Hi! We don't offer breakfast, but in our building we have the rooftop 24 hours open, with expresso machine, tea and some cookies available, so you can self service anytime or buy some food at the supermarket and prepare your snacks/breakfast here.

What is the nearest car parking? Thanks

There is a public car parking, in the Restauradores Square, which costs 22 euros per day. There is also a nearby square (Plaza de Alegria) that has some parking spaces, but you have to renew the ticket every 4 hours.

I am looking to book but our flight arrival time is around midnight, so we would need to check in around 1am, is this a problem? Thanks

Hi. No, the toilet and shower are in the same room. In some rooms, they are side by side separated by a blurred glass wall in other rooms they are not side by side, but in front of each other also with blurred glass doors.

Two nights in Lisbon
I stayed for two nights, the location is close to the center and all public transport. Very clean room, spacious bathroom, comfortable bed. They have a rooftop, where you can have free coffee and biscuits and sit on the balcony to relax and admire the outdoors
I have nothing to mention.

Perfect small hotel close to the centre in a quiet location.
The Location of the hotel was excellent. It was close to everything. The access instructions were perfect. The roof top terrace with coffee and tea facilities was a good amenity. Excellent local restaurants and bars
